Ella`s tea party 2

Yesterday I had some fun making crowns
for Ella`s party.
I used foam to make the crowns
and you can find the template here.

After cutting the crowns
I decorated them with decoration tape.

Make a little hole on both sides,
I used a needle.
Put an elastic string through the hole and make a knot.

I wrote the names on nice paper (these are sticky notes)
and glued it on the crown.

At the party the girls can decorate their crown
with fake jewels.

In the Netherlands you can buy the foam and decoration tape at Action
and the fake jewels at Zeeman.

  1. The girls must have felt truly like princesses. What a wonderful mum you are Michelle.
On a different note, I have finished Week 3's Granny Squares and I am really looking forward to starting on Week 4. You never know I might have actually caught up in a few months! Philippa xx

  2. these are lovely - I have made fabric crown before now and these look much easier! Good for you
    Best wishes

  3. This is really creative! We’re giving our little princess a birthday party in a cute little event space Chicago has. I would like to try my hand at this, although I doubt I’ll be able to make something this pretty. We’ve hired a planner for the whole thing.

Thanks for leaving a note.
